🔑 Accessing OuiBox
Connection
- Log in to OuiPanel: https://dash.ouipanel.com
- In the left sidebar menu, click on "OuiBox"
- You will access your Cloud dashboard

📊 Main Interface
Overview
The OuiBox interface is divided into several sections:

1. Account Status
Displays if your OuiBox account is:
- 🟢 Active: You can create and manage your servers
- 🔴 Suspended: Contact support to reactivate
2. Global Statistics
| Statistic | Description |
|---|---|
| Active Servers | Number of created servers |
| Used RAM | Total allocated memory (in GB) |
| Used Storage | Total disk space used (in GB) |
| Used CPU | Total allocated processor power (in vCPU) |
3. Available Resources
Progress bars show the usage of your resources:
RAM: [████████░░░░░░░░] 8.0 / 16.0 GB
Storage: [██████░░░░░░░░░░] 60.0 / 100.0 GB
CPU: [████░░░░░░░░░░░░] 4.0 / 8.0 vCPU

4. Available Locations
List of datacenters where you can deploy your servers:
- 🇫🇷 France (Marseille)
- 🇩🇪 Germany (Frankfurt)
- 🇺🇸 USA (New York)
Each location displays:
- The country flag
- The datacenter name
- Status (Available / Maintenance)
5. Offer Limitations (Quotas)
Your OuiBox offer has shared global quotas among all your servers:
| Quota | Description | Usage |
|---|---|---|
| Allocations | Total number of assignable network ports | Additional ports for Dynmap, Votifier, RCON... |
| Backups | Total number of storable backups | Restoration in case of issues |
| Databases | Total number of creatable MySQL databases | Plugins requiring a database |
💡 How does it work? When creating or modifying a server, you choose how many backups, databases, and allocations to assign to that server. The total cannot exceed your OuiBox offer quota.
➕ Create a New Server
Step 1: Open the Creation Form
- On the OuiBox page, click on the "New server" button (blue, top right)
- A creation window will open

Step 2: Select the Game

└── CPU: 2 vCPU
Available Resources:
├── RAM: 8 GB / 16 GB ✅

❌ If a resource is insufficient, free up by pausing or deleting other servers.
Step 5: Create the Server
- Click on the "Create Server" button
- Wait during creation (a few seconds to a few minutes)
- A success message appears: "Server created successfully"
- The server appears in your list

Possible Error Messages

Error "Insufficient Resources" on Resume
If you do not have enough resources available to resume a server:
| Solution | Description |
|---|---|
| Pause other servers | Free up their RAM/CPU |
| Reduce resources on other servers | Modify their allocation |
| Upgrade your OuiBox plan | More resources available |
🌐 Latency Test
What is the purpose of latency test?
The latency test allows you to measure the ping between your connection and the various OuiHeberg datacenters. Choose the datacenter with the best latency for an optimal experience!
How to use it?
- In the "Locations" section, click on "Test Latency"
- A window opens with the list of datacenters
- Click on "Start Test"
- Wait a few seconds
- The results are displayed:
🇫🇷 France - Marseille: 12 ms ⭐ Excellent
🇩🇪 Germany - Frankfurt: 25 ms ✅ Very good
🇺🇸 USA - New York: 85 ms ⚠️ Acceptable

Interpreting the Results
| Latency | Quality | Recommendation |
|---|---|---|
| < 30 ms | ⭐ Excellent | Perfect for all games, even competitive ones |
| 30-60 ms | ✅ Very good | Good for most games |
| 60-100 ms | ⚠️ Acceptable | OK for non-competitive games |
| > 100 ms | ❌ High | Choose another datacenter |
💡 Tip: Always choose the datacenter with the lowest latency for your game servers.
