Notifications from the OuiPanel mobile app

If you enable notifications in the OuiPanel mobile app, your phone receives alerts about the state of your servers (start, stop, crash, resources, backups). To deliver them, we store a technical identifier specific to the app on your device (notification token), the device model name, its platform (iOS or Android), the app version and the chosen language. This information is used only to send you alerts and to let you remove a device from your account.

The content of each alert (the server's name and the type of event) is sent by our servers to the Expo Push service, operated by Expo (650 Industries, Inc., United States), which relays it to Apple (Apple Push Notification service) or Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) depending on your device. These providers receive neither your e-mail address, nor your password, nor the content of your files.

You can turn notifications off at any time from the "Notifications" screen in the app or from your phone's settings; the identifier is then deleted from our servers. It is also deleted when you sign out of the app.

Measuring OpenAI Ads (ChatGPT) advertising

When you arrive on ouiheberg.com by clicking an ad shown in ChatGPT, OpenAI adds a click identifier (oppref) to the page address. We store it in a first-party OuiHeberg cookie (oh_oppref, kept for 90 days) that can be read by ouiheberg.com and by our customer area manager.ouiheberg.com. This identifier contains neither your name nor your e-mail address.

If you then click an order button, we send OpenAI the click identifier, the page concerned, the displayed price, your IP address and your browser. If you place an order, we link the identifier to your invoice together with the IP address and browser used when ordering. When that invoice is paid, we send OpenAI the click identifier, the invoice reference and amount, the currency, your country, your IP address, your browser and your e-mail address in irreversibly encrypted form (SHA-256 hash; the address itself is never sent).

This data is used only to measure the effectiveness of our OpenAI Ads campaigns. Nothing is sent to OpenAI if you did not arrive through one of these ads, nor when your services renew.
