Adding Blueprints to a Satisfactory Server
Blueprints allow you to save and reuse entire constructions in Satisfactory. With this guide, you will learn how to import them to your dedicated server so that all players can access them.
Prerequisites

Where to Get Blueprints?
Many communities offer free blueprints:

⚠️ Important: Make sure the blueprint is compatible with the version installed on your server.
Installation Procedure
1. Retrieve the Blueprint
- Visit a sharing platform
- Download the
.sbpand/or.sbpcfgfiles - Store them in an easily accessible folder on your computer
2. SFTP Connection to the Server
- Launch FileZilla
- Enter your SFTP connection credentials
- Connect to your server

3. Enable Display of Hidden Files
The .config folder is hidden by default. To view it:
- In FileZilla, click on the Server menu (top menu bar)
- Check Force showing hidden files

4. Access the Backup Directory
Navigate to the following path:
/.config/Epic/FactoryGame/Saved/SaveGames/

| 3 | Create a folder named blueprints if it doesn't exist |
| 4 | Inside, create a subfolder with the exact name of your save |
5. Identify Your Save Name
To find the correct name:
- Go to
/.config/Epic/FactoryGame/Saved/SaveGames/server/ - Locate your save files (example:
MyFactory_autosave_0.sav) - The name to use corresponds to the part before
_autosave→ here:MyFactory
6. Transfer the Blueprints
You should be in:
/.config/Epic/FactoryGame/Saved/SaveGames/blueprints/<YourSaveName>/
- From the left panel (local files), select your blueprint files
- Drag them to the right panel (remote server)
- Wait for the transfer to complete
7. Finalize the Installation
- Restart your Satisfactory server
- Launch the game and connect to the server
- Press the B key to open the blueprints menu
- Your imported constructions will appear in the list
