What we get asked before every migration.

It depends on what has to be transferred. Describe your setup in a "Migration" ticket: we reply with what we can take over, the timeframe and, if applicable, the conditions, before starting anything.

A standard website is migrated within 24 to 48 hours after we receive the access. A full VPS or a large email volume can take a few days; we give you a precise timeline from the start.

No. We copy everything while your site is still running at your former host, you validate on a test address, then we switch the DNS. Visible downtime is zero or a few minutes.

Depending on the case: cPanel or FTP and database access for a site, IMAP credentials for email, root or administrator access for a VPS, transfer code (EPP) for a domain. We list exactly what is needed in the ticket.

Nothing until you cancel. We advise keeping the old account a few days after the switch to check everything is in place, then closing it yourself.
