OuiPanel 4.0.0: connect Claude or ChatGPT to your servers

OuiPanel 4.0.0: connect Claude or ChatGPT to your servers

Release date: September 5, 2026

The 4.0.0 is one of our biggest updates, and the most important in a long time. It changes something simple but profound: you are no longer alone in front of your server. An AI assistant can now read it and act on it, your computer and your Discord notify you when something happens, and the pages you open every day have been redesigned.

📌 In short

  • 🤖 An AI assistant connected to your servers, with permissions you choose
  • 🔔 Notifications on your computer and in your Discord
  • 💬 A Discord bot to manage your servers without opening the panel
  • 🖥️ A redesigned console, finally readable
  • 📁 A file manager that behaves like the one on your computer
  • 💾 Backups you can watch progress in real time
  • 🚗 FiveM Legacy or Enhanced in one click

🤖 An AI assistant connected to your servers

It's 3 a.m., your server has crashed, and you have no idea why. Until now, you had to open the console, scroll through hundreds of lines, and hope to spot the error along the way.

You can now ask Claude or ChatGPT the question, and let it read all that for you. It opens the console, checks the actual memory usage, verifies your configuration files, your plugins, and your scheduled tasks, then answers you in French. And if you allow it, it can also fix the problem itself: restart the server, rewrite a file, launch a backup before making changes.

Connecting it takes two minutes

The “MCP / AI” page of your panel gives you an address to copy, and instructions for seven different applications. You paste this address into your assistant, validate the authorization screen, and that's it.

You decide what it can do

This is the point we spent the most time on, because there can be no compromise here.

Nothing is active until you have given your consent. On the authorization screen, you check the relevant servers and the permissions granted, one by one. Closing the page without validating grants nothing at all.

And above all, the assistant will never be able to do more than you. Your own permissions limit it. If you are not allowed to delete a database on a shared server, neither is it. And it cannot access any server you have not checked, even if you own it.

What it will never see

No matter what you check, some things remain off-limits: your password, your two-factor authentication, your API keys, and your SSH keys. The password for a database is never given to it either, not even when it just created the database for you.

Five actions cannot be undone

It's best to know before checking: overwriting a file, deleting a database, installing a modpack, reinstalling the server, and deleting a OuiBox are final. Nothing can undo them.

Two others are worth mentioning. A scheduled task set by the assistant and a plugin it installed remain in place even after you revoke its access. Cutting access does not erase what has already been done.

You see everything it has done

The “AI Log” page lists every action, on which server, at what time. What the panel refused is also listed, and that's often the most instructive. The assistant itself cannot reread this log.

You can filter it by period, by server, or by action. Twenty calls for the same action are grouped into a single line, which immediately shows the most serious outcome. A statistics page comes with it: how many actions, how many refused, activity day by day.

And if you change your mind, the “AI Keys” tab in your account lets you adjust the permissions of an already connected assistant without starting over, or revoke its access. The change takes effect on the next call.

🔔 Be notified when your server changes

A server that crashes while you're at work, a backup that fails without anyone noticing: you had to open the panel to find out, often too late.

OuiPanel now notifies you on your computer, even with the panel closed. Startup, shutdown, crash, memory or disk limits approached, backup completed or failed. Activate it once from your account, in the Notifications tab.

You choose what is notified to you server by server. Everything is active by default, and a single switch turns off an entire server if you're not interested in that one.

And in your Discord

If you run a community, paste a Discord webhook address into your account. The same events arrive in your channel, in your language, with a direct link to the relevant screen. You decide who to mention for each event. No one by default, so as not to wake anyone unnecessarily.

💬 A OuiPanel bot on your Discord

Invite the bot to your Discord server, link it to your account, and you can manage your servers without opening the panel: check their status, start them, restart them, stop them. From your phone, in the middle of a game, without switching apps.

Two safeguards: only the Discord owner can act, and the bot does not touch files, backups, or databases. It turns servers on and off, nothing more.

🖥️ A console that's finally readable

The console used to be a wall of gray text where an error looked like everything else. It has been completely redesigned.

Errors, warnings, and information are now distinguished by a colored line and a slightly tinted background, without affecting the colors your server sends itself. Commands that you type have a green line, those from a scheduled task have a gray line. Clicking on them tells you which task, and at what time it runs.

The address to give your players is finally right in front of you, including the subdomain, instead of having to look for it elsewhere. And a colored dot in your browser tab title tells you the server status without having to go back: green if it's running, orange during startup, purple during installation, red if it's offline.

When the server is off, the console no longer shows you the log from the last run as if it were still running. It tells you it's stopped and offers to start it.

Finally, on Minecraft, when a command expects a username, the list of connected players opens with one click, showing their avatar, and the name is filled in automatically. No more typos on long usernames.

📁 A file manager that behaves normally

It was missing the essentials: copy, cut, paste. That's done, for files as well as entire folders, with a window showing progress when the folder is large.

The shortcuts you're used to work: Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C, Ctrl+X, Ctrl+V, Delete, Escape, and Ctrl+click or Shift+click to select multiple files at once.

Two formats now open in the editor with syntax highlighting. Skript (.sk) files, very common on a modded Minecraft server, and .sii files from Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. You can configure your truck server without downloading anything.

💾 Backups you can watch progress

Launching a 40 GB backup and staring at a blank screen not knowing if it's progressing: that's over. You follow the creation live, with a percentage and estimated time remaining.

The page has been redesigned as well. Chains are displayed as chains, sizes are shown in GB, dates include the time. Most importantly, waiting, failure, and quota reached are displayed instead of having to guess. The page used to say “no backup available” when it couldn't reach your server, risking making you redo one for nothing.

And before a reinstallation, the panel now offers to make a backup.

🚗 FiveM: Legacy or Enhanced, in one click

Switching FiveM channels used to mean recreating a server. Now it's a button, both ways, with a backup offered before switching. No more manual artifact updates.

The FiveM configuration page has been redesigned. And when Cfx.re refuses your license key and shuts down the server, a window tells you what to check and takes you to where the key can be changed, instead of leaving you in front of a silent console.

Note: on the Enhanced channel, txAdmin is not yet available. The panel tells you clearly, your server runs in direct mode.

☁️ Your OuiBox and your databases

Deleting a OuiBox now frees its resources immediately: you can create a new one right after without waiting for the deletion to finish. And you can follow the safety backup live, compression then upload.

If a deletion remains stuck for more than an hour, you can now force it. The server is then deleted without backup and with no way to recover it.

For databases, you authorize the address you connect from yourself. Access opens in less than 30 seconds, without writing to support and without waiting for a reply.

🎨 Everyday pages, redesigned

Your server's home page now shows what the CPU, memory, and disk are actually using, with a button to copy each of its two addresses. The menus count your servers, your OuiBox, your backups, your databases, and your schedules: you know what's behind each before clicking.

The login page has been redesigned, readable on mobile and in your browser's language. About forty game images have been added or redrawn: your game now has its own scene in your server list and as a console background.

And twice a year, the panel automatically dresses up in Christmas and Halloween colors: logo, tab icon, and color accents. You don't have to set anything.

🔧 The fixes that matter

  • The time zone in your settings is now actually applied. Remember to stop and then start your server: a simple restart is not enough.
  • Your backups over 2 GB now show their real size, instead of being capped.
  • Your scheduled tasks now run at the scheduled time. The scheduler could get delayed on servers with many tasks. And an empty schedule is now flagged instead of letting you think it's running.
  • When modifying a OuiBox fails, the panel tells you why: resources already used, insufficient quota, active boost.
  • The CPU and memory gauges no longer show “NaN%” during the first measurement.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Can the AI assistant read my password?

No. Your password, your two-factor authentication, your API keys, and your SSH keys remain off-limits, no matter what you check. The password for a database is never given to it, even when it just created it.

Can I revoke an AI's access after granting it?

Yes, from the “AI Keys” tab in your account, and the change takes effect on the next call. What has already been done remains: a scheduled task or plugin installed by the assistant survives the revocation.

Do notifications work if OuiPanel is closed?

Yes. Once your browser is authorized from the Notifications tab, you are notified even with the panel closed. The same events can also be sent to a Discord channel.

Can the Discord bot delete my files?

No. It checks your servers' status and starts, restarts, or stops them. It does not touch files, backups, or databases, and only the Discord owner can act.

How do I switch from FiveM Legacy to Enhanced?

With one click from your server's FiveM configuration page. A backup is offered before switching, and you can switch back the same way.

To conclude

The 4.0.0 opens a door we've wanted to open for you for a long time: that of an assistant who understands your servers, without ever exceeding what you have allowed it to do.

This article does not cover all the changes. The full details are in your panel's ChangeLog, accessible from the main menu. To put this version in context, reread OuiPanel 3.1.0 and OuiPanel 3.1.2.
